These people are the most unpleasant, awful people ever.
2 years ago they have put down my beautiful dog, because instead of doing some tests they have given him a pain killer, within 2 days we have had to put him down because of a food poisoning.
And yesterday I have called them to put down our Hamster ( Caramel) because he is suffering from cancer.
Yesterday they have asked me to pay £30, when I have called them today to go there they have asked for £57.
I am eligible for full free treatment, but these people are awful people.
