They never answer the phone
3 months I've been trying!
Online appointment never works
They call you up to 5 days if you miss it they tell you to call the PDSA again and again.....this system doesn't work!!!!!......I am in despair and I know if and when I get in there with my cat
He will get the best if the best treatment cos they care!!!!!
