Tried for over a week for an appointment for my sweet boy, who passed away!!, I was told I had to send pictures, then videos, this was moments before he passed away. I believe if he was seen on time he would still be here. This is an awful place to go to or send anything for charity. There's no care here. Nothing!! These animals mean nothing to you but to me he was family he was my best friend. You guys really need to do better. I'll be taking this further.
