PDSA aston not what i expected the reception person was rude & very pushy for me to make a donation of £25 on the spot i had no money on me had to ask a family to send money to my account even though i had filled all relevant forms to get free or low cost care for my pet cat.After seeing the vet for 5 minutes i was told to get the medication needed only to find out that would cost £32 more i am left in debt due to this i don't understand why offer free or low cost help then to sting people on the day to cough up money they don't have.
