PDSA Castle Lane Bournemouth
I was very disappointed with receptionist when I went to pay my last payment for euthanasia for my precious dog for emergency vet. It was on 8th April I found her rather cold I was obviously upset and she made me feel like just another dog owner no compassion. Other than this incident I have only high praise for all vets and staff.
