The web site was really easy to navigate and I found exactly what I wanted. I called to check on the order and the customer service person was knowledgeable and lovely. I received a video of the pedestal on the factory floor prior to it being shipped which was very exciting. The pedestal arrived quickly, was packaged really well and is perfect!!
