“I reached out to Pedestal Source via their online form requesting a custom pedestal with an acrylic cover and light to display an expensive, heavy, hand-assembled computer server for my CEO's stage presentation for a conference. This was a huge emergency, as the vendor I had originally sourced for the pedestal fell through and I needed the entire item delivered to NYC in 13 days or less, to avoid a disaster. Pedestal Source not only delivered, but did so with stellar customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled, at a fraction of the cost the other vendors quoted. I worked with Chloe who was so responsive via phone & email and was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. When the item was complete, I received 2 tutorial videos from her team in the workshop, showing us how to operate the display light and how to unpack the pedestal from its custom rolling crate. I got an update from my CEO & Sales Lead, they set up the pedestal with ease, and are very happy and impressed with the quality. This makes us look great as a company and makes me look great as a planner. I will use Pedestal Source whenever possible for all of our display needs, 10/10 would recommend!”
