“While their pedestals are beautiful, their customer service is above stellar: When the light in my When my 12 year old pedestal light source became detached and could not be re-glued inside the unit, their customer service department offered to replace it with an new pedestal -- including an upgraded, remote controlled 12V light source -- if I paid the $49 shipping cost. Not only did I get a new (and improved) pedestal delivered to my home 10 days later, but their service people were exceptionally pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Did I mention that my original pedestal was 12 years old? WOW !! I'd view that as exceptional customer support.”

“Pedestal was exactly as ordered and came very well-packed. My one wish (and not a complaint) is that I wish I could see it virtually ahead of time - I feel like what I ordered was too big ultimately - it's beautifully made and the size was what I requested but I should probably have gotten more help in make that decision....”

“I'm a stone sculptor and I need sturdy, easily transportable pedestals to display my works. Pedestal Source has a lot ot good looking options and when I found what I needed I ordered 12 of them. The order process was smooth, and the company rep made sure I got the lowest price for shipping saving me over $100. The pedestals shipped earlier than promised and arrived well packaged. I unpacked and assembled them all and they are beautiful and just what I needed. There was a minor issue with one of the pieces that was instantly resolved by the company rep with 1 email. Their products are great and the company is very customer oriented. Order with confidence that you'll get a good product and the purchase/delivery process will go smoothly.”
