“First of all I was helped to select the correct size of lighting and shopped at Formica and Wilsonart to narrow down a custom laminate for the project. Shortly after ordering the pedestals, the company sent me a email with a photo all of the team including Craftspeople which was very professional and personal. After extremely timely completion, I received a personal video of the pedestal along with instructions on the remote and set up. This was also extremely professional and helpful. The pedestals were packed carefully and safely and even had unboxing instructions. I can't say enough about the customer service and personal help that I received. From start to finish the experience was phenomenal. The pedestals are beautiful and extremely well made. I would like to personally thank Zocha for all of the follow up and attention to customer service and detail.”

“Pedestal Source provided concierge service from start to finish. Every email was responded to immediately. The confirmation of design and measurements ensured exactly what I was ordering all the way to a confirmation YouTube personal video showing my own pedestal measurements and color. You just can't beat exceptional service like that. I had even measured out my piece on the floor with painters tape and darned if it didn't fit the foot print exactly!
