“Excellent service! Packaging and detail to care was impeccable. Final product arrived in perfect condition and looked beautiful. And the personalized YouTube video was the “topping on the cake!” Would absolutely recommend and use again for future display needs. Very well done!”

“Our sample walnut veneer pedestal is great quality and arrived very well packaged for protection. We will be back for more to complete our gallery that's a part of a current whole-house remodel. I was especially impressed with Pedestal Source's unique premium customer service process: A link to a custom and individualized "video tour" quality control check of the completed pedestal in the shop after it was completed, and before it was packed and shipped. Nice connection to the craftspeople who have done the work. Plus, in the background you could see just how clean, organized, and professional the shop floor was. Everything felt quality driven and very precise, and it showed in the pedestal when we unboxed it. Very impressed.”

“I’m not exactly sure how to describe how absolutely amazing Pedestal Source is in terms of customer service and quality of the products they sell. I had (believe it or not), a pedestal emergency. I needed two pedestals very quickly. The company bent over backwards to make sure that they got the pedestals on the truck the very same day I called! Everything was organized and completed to perfection. The quality of their pedestals is excellent. Highly recommend!”
