“Everything was very professional from start to finish. The order was received and we were contacted shortly after to keep us updated. A video was sent after it was made, and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The pedestal is beautiful. exactly as decribed. We are so please with the professionalism, and product from Pededstal Source.”

“I had originally order (2) walnut pedestal bases. One arrived with a slight blemish that was not to noticable and I could have lived with. I contacted Pedestal Source and they provided a few cleaning tips that might work to remove blemish but insisted that they would replace the unit if cleaning made it worse or if I was not satisfied. The cleaning didn't help so Pedestal Source immediately put an expedited replacement unit in production. I have recieved the replacement and it is perfect as are all the previous pedestals I have purchase. Pedestal Source truly stands behind their product and their customers. I mostly highly recommend them!”

“We purchased a beautiful pedestal from Pedestal Source about 10 years ago. It's been lighting up flawless until the other day when the bulb stopped working. I called the company to find out what I needed to do to change the bulb since its synced to the remote. The person who answered my call was extremely helpful and directed me to their Logistics and Company Care Department. I spoke with Kevin, who could not have been more helpful. He was wonderful and helped me quickly resolve my issue. I give them the highest praise for the quality of the pedestal as well as their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pedestal Source.”
