“The pedestal did not provide the proper lighting. The hole needs to be larger and the lighting needs to be stronger. We have resolved it partially with getting a strong stronger lightbulb. Kevin was responsible for helping us with this purchase of the lightbulb.”

“Everything was very professional from start to finish. The order was received and we were contacted shortly after to keep us updated. A video was sent after it was made, and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The pedestal is beautiful. exactly as decribed. “I had originally order (2) walnut pedestal bases. One arrived with a slight blemish that was not to noticable and I could have lived with. I contacted Pedestal Source and they provided a few cleaning tips that might work to remove blemish but insisted that they would replace the unit if cleaning made it worse or if I was not satisfied. The cleaning didn't help so Pedestal Source immediately put an expedited replacement unit in production. I have recieved the replacement and it is perfect as are all the previous pedestals I have purchase. Pedestal Source truly stands behind their product and their customers. I mostly highly recommend them!”
