“We purchased a beautiful pedestal from Pedestal Source about 10 years ago. It's been lighting up flawless until the other day when the bulb stopped working. I called the company to find out what I needed to do to change the bulb since its synced to the remote. The person who answered my call was extremely helpful and directed me to their Logistics and Company Care Department. I spoke with Kevin, who could not have been more helpful. He was wonderful and helped me quickly resolve my issue. I give them the highest praise for the quality of the pedestal as well as their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pedestal Source.”
