“Purchased a pedestal on clearance and had it shipped to Canada. Unfortunately it was not packed properly and was damaged in transit. Pedestal Source replaced the damaged item free of charge and shipped the second one properly packed and it arrived safely. My only question was does this pedestal come with a top or cap or can one be made?”

“We loved the product. It was a little more then we wanted to pay but clearly the best solution we could find, so didn't mind. We had it shipped to Canada and there was a small oversight of looking after duties before shipping, however the customer service group was fantastic and fixed it for us. All good and we would definitely recommend them.”

“I love this pedestal. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the plastic, that covers the light, off. It took a suction cup. Also, do not use more wattage then recommended, as it melted the plastic cover.”

“I bought two pedestals. The plain black pedestal was perfect. The black pedestal with a light was not. I like that the pedestal was raised a little to allow for the electrical cord. I also like the "step on it" switch. I think the light was not bright enough nor high enough to provide a good light for the piece of art. I had an electrician correct both. Thanks for asking. Jim”

“I love my pedestal, it arrived with a very small chip on one corner and when i wrote them about it they responded immediately and sent a little touch up tube of paint. It worked well. I am quite satisfied!”
