“When my pedestal got damaged in shipping they insisted on redoing the project (rather than have someone local repair it for them) and overprotected it in shipping to insure it would arrive intact. This speaks volumes about how much they care about satisfying their customers and the quality of their workmanship. Plus, the pedestal looks great. Thank you for your business ethics. Others could learn from your example.”

Although the product I initially received did not fully match the specifications as advertised, I was genuinely impressed by how the company handled the situation. “Pedestal Source was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the initial consultation to the final product review, they were very detailed and customer oriented. They went above and beyond to help find a solution to our needs, even going so far as to research alternative options for use that were not in their product offerings. They also sent us a preview video of our pedestal before it shipped so we could approve it. I really appreciated how focused they were on ensuring we got exacty what we wanted. Lastly, we needed to rush order and expedite our pedestal. They completed it in record time, and we received our item just in time for our event. Although it was expidited, they did not compromise on quality, and even provided very detailed and easy to follow instruction on how to set it up properly. I can not recommend them enough!”
