“I recently received a REPLACEMENT White Satin Laminate Pedestal (15" x 15" x 36"H) with 2 Large Dimmable Corner Lights featuring a White Bezel. Although the product I initially received did not fully match the specifications as advertised, I was genuinely impressed by how the company handled the situation. Their customer service was responsive and proactive, ensuring that my concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The replacement pedestal itself looks sleek and modern, and the dimmable corner lights add a sophisticated touch to any display. I appreciate the company's commitment to standing behind their product and making things right. “Pedestal Source was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the initial consultation to the final product review, they were very detailed and customer oriented. They went above and beyond to help find a solution to our needs, even going so far as to research alternative options for use that were not in their product offerings. They also sent us a preview video of our pedestal before it shipped so we could approve it. I really appreciated how focused they were on ensuring we got exacty what we wanted. Lastly, we needed to rush order and expedite our pedestal. They completed it in record time, and we received our item just in time for our event. Although it was expidited, they did not compromise on quality, and even provided very detailed and easy to follow instruction on how to set it up properly. I can not recommend them enough!”

“I am a repeat customer. My first purchase of a custom pedestal was at the begining of the pandemic. My recent custom pedestal order was just as smooth as the first one. It took a bit longer to complete, but I ordered 2 different custom pedestals and it took longer which was no problem. They are beautiful and accent out glass art beautifully as anticipated. I was disappointed that you no longer offer automatic electric roundtables in your pedestals. We REALLY MISS THAT FEATURE. Our first roundtable still works just fine with no problems. I would like to know if we can use a brighter uplight bulb under the roundtables? We think they could be brighter. If so, what is the maximum bulb size? Thank you.”
