“While their pedestals are beautiful, their customer service is above stellar: When the light in my When my 12 year old pedestal light source became detached and could not be re-glued inside the unit, their customer service department offered to replace it with an new pedestal -- including an upgraded, remote controlled 12V light source -- if I paid the $49 shipping cost. Not only did I get a new (and improved) pedestal delivered to my home 10 days later, but their service people were exceptionally pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Did I mention that my original pedestal was 12 years old? WOW !! I'd view that as exceptional customer support.”
