“I food the company rep that I talked to to resolve my need . She was very determined to get me what I wanted / needed . The product was inferior to what I had in the past . I am keeping, but with some dissatisfaction .”

“I returned the pedestal on February 13 2023 and have yet to receive any refund information. Also getting the return information was not easy and I was given the wrong zip code which was corrected. Please check and advise re refund”

“I thought that this was a stone laminate pedestal but it feels like a synthetic laminate. I ended up having to order a different pedestal from another company. The description was misleading. Fabrication and quality however were very good.”

Thanks for your feedback. We try hard to find the best possible options for shipping, and though I can't speak for FedEx or UPS, I'm sure they try hard to keep their costs down as well.
