“Really high quality product and the best customer service I have ever experienced. I realized I had ordered the wrong diameter podium almost immediately after purchasing. Although I live in a different time zone and it happened before their regular business hours, I was able to leave a voicemail and a very nice and extremely helpful customer service representative promptly called me back. She very politely talked to me through the dimensions of what I was planning to displayto ensure we had the appropriate size, then graciously modified my order. Regular communication on the status was followed by a personalized YouTube video showing me my pedestal, letting me know it was about to be shipped and when it would arrive, providing me clear directions on how to open the box without damaging the pedestal. (Who does that?!) Seriously - just a quality experience from start to finish.”

“I searched far and wide and long and hard for a pedestal company that could manufacture custom pedestals for me. Finally, I found one. And not just one, but THE one. PEDESTAL SOURCE. Great quality products, the lowest prices in the country, and an outstanding customer service department that is second to none. Knowledgeable, intelligent, patient, professional and friendly. With a tremendous attention to detail. They even sent me a video showing me the pedestal being made in their manufacturing department just to ensure that it was the color, style and size I requested. That was very unexpected and impressed me greatly. I appreciated the video. I bought four pedestals from them this year and plan to buy additional pedestals next year.
