I ordered an 11 1/2” x 11 1/2” x 24” Reconstituted Zebrawood pedestal with a 12” high dust cover. I had a special request. Normally they tape the step up for the dust cover to the top of the pedestal but I wanted it glued. Not only did they fulfill my request, but they took it a step further and used both glue and dowels to ensure the centering of the step up. I was so pleased, that I almost cried. The assembly was carefully and skillfully done as all edges top to bottom lined up flush. This wood has a unique character and grain combined with craftsmanship that makes this is a work of art unto itself. The dust cover is of a thicker quality acrylic with mitered edges that ensure no overlapping like with what you see on more commonly manufactured display boxes. It’s worth every penny! I have no doubt that I will display with great pride any piece I place inside. Thank you so very much Pedestal Source.
