I ordered a black pedestal. It came with some obvious defects on top. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to customer service and they were very helpful. Noticed the issue right away and sent me out new pedestal within a few business days without any problem. The second pedestal was flawless. Would 100% recommend PS. Awesome that they care about customer satisfaction!
