This was the best customer service that I've ever had! The help over the phone was superb. The engineer who fabricated the pedestal that I designed was a great communicator, who kept me in the loop during the process. The product they gave me was absolutely perfect. Plus, they did all of this in just a few weeks and at a very reasonable price. Theirs was service that I haven't encountered in decades! Not one single thing could have been improved!
