I never write reviews, but this business deserves one. First, Alathea was helpful above and beyond anything that I had ever experienced. She helped witht the selection and then when I told her that it was intended as a Valentine present, she delivered and it was much shorter than normal. I received a video of the manufacturing process and then when I opened the packaging, there was a note of thanks from the packer. You delivered above and beyond any expectations. This is one outstanding jaw dropping organization. Congratulations are in order to everyone there.
