I was especially impressed with Pedestal Source's unique premium customer service process: A link to a custom and individualized "video tour" quality control check of the completed pedestal in the shop after it was completed, and before it was packed and shipped. Nice connection to the craftspeople who have done the work. Plus, in the background you could see just how clean, organized, and professional the shop floor was. Everything felt quality driven and very precise, and it showed in the pedestal when we unboxed it. Very impressed.
