Let's start with quality: this pedastal is so well-made, and so substantial, I couldn't believe it. I mean, the website will always say how good a product is...this time, the product completely exceeded my expectations. Moving on the shipping: wow, the packaging was perfect. The pedastal, as big as it was, arrived unharmed, due to the amazing packing and packaging. Finally, customer service: The folks at PedastalSource are very nice. It's obvious they love what they do. Prior to shipping, they sent me a video showing me the pedastal, how it would be packed, etc., was really cool. I've never seen anything like this.
