The quality of work is apparant - it has clean lines and no flaws. Customer service and communication was excellent. Everyone involved clearly wants to produce a superior product. The pedestal was safely packed and it was easy to remove from the box. I am very happy with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
