We had a tight space to have a custom pedestal made. This included a 5 1/2” wide x 7” spot lighted recess in the top for a Murano glass piece. I sent the information with an inquiry to which I received a response that same day. Shortly after, I was sent a detailed schematic of the round pedestal with the recess, including pricing. The final order was sent and the pedestal was made. I THEN RECEIVED A VIDEO SHOWING THE PIECE WITH OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS TO CONFIRM it was what I’d ordered. The piece arrived perfectly manufactured.
