I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service that I received from ordering just one item. I was updated about the production of my order, and it even included a video of my pedestal being built, and the craftsman who were building it. I was notified via email at each step from the time they received the order to the day it was being shipped. It arrived in perfect condition surrounded by sturdy packing material, and we immediately placed in our public library art gallery.
