We purchased a pedestal for a large Geode and it was delivered very quickly. We had a slight issue with a brace missing on the inside and contacted customer support. They were brilliant and even made a video of how to install the brace and when they sent the piece immediately, the package arrive with a bunch of candy to say sorry. Not everyone is perfect - but how you responds is what defines you.
