Ordered a shock absorber for a Vespa ET4 from Pedparts on Monday, their website showed that they had two in stock and promised next-day delivery. On Thursday the item was still showing in my order history as "order on hold" so they obviously didn't have any in stock but were just waiting for enough orders to come in to order some. I cancelled the order and ordered one from another supplier, which turned up the following day. I have in the past had to threaten Pedparts with Small Claims Court action to get a refund on another item they didn't send, more fool me for giving them a second chance I guess, meanwhile I can only wait and see if they refund the money this time without a fight.
