“Ordered a shock absorber for a Vespa ET4 from Pedparts on Monday, their website showed that they had two in stock and promised next-day delivery. On Thursday the item was still showing in my order history as "order on hold" so they obviously didn't have any in stock but were just waiting for enough orders to come in to order some. I cancelled the order and ordered one from another supplier, which turned up the following day. I have in the past had to threaten Pedparts with Small Claims Court action to get a refund on another item they didn't send, more fool me for giving them a second chance I guess, meanwhile I can only wait and see if they refund the money this time without a fight.”
“AVOID AVOID AVOID
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, I ordered a part from Australia and I still haven’t received it and it’s been well over a month. They’re terrible at responding and lack any kind of manners. They don’t want to take responsibility for anything are very rude in there emails calling me a liar and so forth. I would highly recommend avoiding this company as I think they’re just scamming people. What company doesn’t have a phone number. Plus we’re in 2024 and they are sending international packages through Royal mail (it’s a basic British posting system that sucks as I’m from the uk but moved to Australia thank goodness) if I was still in the uk I would sue the hell out theses chumps. They have no clue how to run a business or talk to customers. JUST A BIG DISGRACEFUL COMPANY”
“Ordered part which when came wasn’t what was on invoice? Part described as set size and mechanic has verified are half the size, other item isn’t make it states and wrong size too! Have made request for cash back and return items but they have blocked my emails and contact support ticket.cost me a mechanic who couldn’t fit and stick with parts no use to me. False advertising. State right parts, then they don’t stick parts then note saying if VN number input it gives right parts????? All in one email that reply, what? Never recommend or order off them again, no customer service or manners!”
