I have been a Peet's customer for more than 7 years. I did another order online last week and never receive my package. I wait for a whole week then email to ask. It was 1am and I got one auto response first then received another just 2 minutes later that my order was fulfilled. It was a gift. I called the next day to check whether it can be arrived on time and they told me no. They do not rush my order to make the time as it originally should be. They just refunded me and don't care about customers.
