“Place an online order for 2 bags of coffee, 12 days later the order still hasn't shipped. Contacted customer service through the chat window, was told that they can't do anything until the order ships and that my order "should ship in the next week" but could not give me any specifics. I asked to cancel my order and was told that I would have to wait until it ships, then have to contact their customer service again and request the order be cancelled. This is the first, and last, time I've purchased Peet's Coffee”

“I bought a L’or barista machine that Peet’s coffee sales. It is a piece of junk. Don’t buy it. It only lasted four months. When I tried to put a claim in because it was still under warranty, they gave me the run around. Even after it was registered when I bought it and proof of purchase was submitted. They still claimed that I did not meet the proper requirements. Once again, do not buy the L’OR coffee machine you will be very disappointed.”

“No free shiping to Hawaii, with $50 or more. Great coffee, but will no longer buy. Shiping cost $16 for 3 bags shiped to hawaii.no thanks bye”

“Peet’s Major Dickinson dark roast can be wonderful rich coffee, However, there is no quality control and 2/3 of the product purchases are actually bad tasting. I say give it up and find something that performs consistently.”

“Your new pastry items have absolutely no taste. Tried 3 different ones and spit 2 out. I used to spend over $2,000 a year for years on coffee and pastries, but now I have to go back Starbucks, which unfortunately is better than your new pastry line. Very stupid corporate executive decision after owning an international corporation. I was going to personally write letters to all the corporate executive board members.”

“Placed an online order two coffees and two pastries after five minutes they told me when they told me it was ready. I came to pick it up. It wasn’t on the order tray for online orders so I waited and I waited and there was no one at the bar making coffee there’s somebody chitchatting on the side over there by the cash register. There was like four people in the whole building. My wife is waiting in the car for the coffee. I finally ask somebody I said did you get my where’s my drink and she looked very surprised and look what’s your name? Oh yeah, it’s right here. It was behind the counter. It never left behind the counter both drinks by the time she gave me the drinks. They were just lukewarm and it was still no pastries on site I had to make the coffee for me twice and twice she forgot to use regular milk. Your place is going down the hall. I’ve been coming to peace for 20 years and it’s getting worse and worse management is not even There.”

“Great coffee, but out of stock for all L'OR compatible pods! Really??? Now we have to revert back to Nespresso and their high prices!!! Really disappointed . . . looks like the Keurig/Dr. Pepper purchase of Peet's is a loser for cusomers.”

“I have never complain bout any restaurant or coffee shop but the employees here are very rude and childish. I showed not have given them any tips until the service was finish diffently not coming back.”

“I buy and drink Peet's coffee all the time. I opened a new bag: it split open from one inch below the top and extended to another three inches down the front. I contacted Peet's custpomer service. They did nothing at all and told me to deal with the retailer, though I no longer have a sales receipt. Crappy customer service.”

“Logan Airport terminal B has a Peet’s coffee. When ordering a cranberry muffin I asked specifically if it can be toasted with butter. The server said ‘yes’ but 5 minutes later it was handed to me UNtoasted and no butter. She had not conveyed that message to her helper. He then took it and a further 5 minutes later gave it back to me after it was warmed. I explained to her there is a big difference between warmed and toasted and she argued with me that there was not. Very unprofessional and untrained. Don’t tell me you can toast a muffin if you cannot and treat me as if I am an idiot!”

“I’ve always thought Pete’s was overrated. I love robust black coffee and by that I don’t mean bitter. I do like bitter melon and bitter food so I don’t hate bitter taste. What I mean by robust is having a nice strong flavor and aroma not overpowered by bitterness or tartness. I usually purchase French roast. For some reason Italian roasts seem to have a sour aftertaste that I do not prefer like the current Major Dickensensons pods I just purchased from Costco. This coffee used to be bitter and not much of anything else, now it is kinda bland with a sour aftertaste. To make a comparison of full flavor and aroma without bitterness or tartness try some good quality pure fresh ground Kona coffee beans. It’s not a dark roast but you’ll see what I mean. You could roast the beans darker if you prefer bitterness but I prefer it the way it is. I also prefer food not to be overpowered by salt but have a balanced sutle flavor and aroma. Most western cooking judges are used to adding salt to their food that they’ll critic cooks if they can’t taste any salt. Delicious does not equal salty just like good coffee doesn’t equal bitter.”

“I am literally in this coffee shop every day. Since the branch opened in Springs, I find it so convenient to visit when I'm at the gym, or kids' school nearby. The staff are EXTREMELY pleasant. The food is excellent. A pleasure to visit.”
