“Ordered a cold brew grapefruit sparkler. OMG it tastes really bad. The combination of coffee and grapefruit just taste terrible”

“I buy the Keurig pods of Peet’s coffee but recently the pods leak grounds into my coffee so much so I have to throw my coffee out. I order my Peet’s thru Amazon and have for years. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“In Marin county Peets coffee charge 25 cents to the cup that they serve your coffee in . Why other areas that not rich county don’t charge extra for your cup when you buy coffee . This is questionable for me .”

“I am so so so tired of opening bags of Peets with absolutely no oil on the beans. Tired of the bag weight becoming less and less with an increasing price per pound. We started at 12 oz bags, now they sell 10 oz. Peets needs to get its distribution channel issues in order and deliver a high end product for the price/oz. I'm looking for alternatives. Their quality is just not adequate and I could snap a pic of the beans but just not worth my time.”

“Sneaky Peet ! We have been a Peets Coffee customer for many years. We like the taste. However, not only have they been increasing the price, we recently learned that Peets is putting less coffee in the bag. We know this because my wife always puts the coffee in a clear plastic container to keep in fresh, and there is a vislibly smaller amount going into the container. Shrinkflation is setting in with Peets!”

“I've been a Peets subscriber for over a decade. The coffee was good, the delivery was fast (2-3 days), the customer service was excellent. Since Benckiser acquired the company, it has been a straight downhill run. The coffee is still good, but delivery of orders takes at least 10 days (CA to OR), and the customer service, now coming from Pakistan or India, is atrocious. I have cancelled my subscription.”

“Tragic!!! Agree with others here that report that Peets cannot deliver on their subscription Peetniks orders. Why pay for fresh roast if it gets delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks to NEVER? New owners have sadly destroyed this company and its customer service. I was a loyal subscriber for 15 years but eventually couldn't rely on anything from them. Thought maybe it got better but I cancelled in July 2023 -- again.”

“I drank this coffee while I can tolerate pretty much any coffee this coffee gave me horrible anxiety all day feel like I’m over dosing on caffeine…feel sick headache nauseous something is wrong with this coffee. Sticking to Dunkin.”

“I'm not a fan of the known filter type coffee in America but Peets coffee was amazing when I tried it. So much so our next day plans were adapted to start with Peets. Staff are great and they also offer a selection of muffins, savouries and other things to start you out. Give it a try.”

“Just threw a pound of whole bean away/ must have been at least 2 years old. The soap taste was so powerful it may me nauseous. Bought Rosauers Spokane Valley 13OCT23. The sale price should be a warning of notice. Highly suggest buying direct online from a REPUTABLE coffee roaster. I can see no reason to ever risk Peets again. Hopefully my Rocket will forgive me from such insult. Complained to Rosauers manager who was absolutely clueless. Can’t blame them unless they knowingly knew they were peddling discounted Peet’s due to old inventory purge. Coffee is not wine it simply does not age well.”

“I ordered my coffee 25 days ago and Pete’s coffee. Customer service Hass to be the worst ever. They keep promising that they will escalate and find out what is going on create a reimbursement package and still the problem kept existing lie after the other. It’s a shame because I really do love this coffee, that management does not care about their customers. Their customer service seems to be handled from people out of this country because nothing gets resolved. One lie after the other stay away they just don’t care. I know it’s only one customer but they lost this one.”

“Good coffee. Abysmal delivery. Customer service could care less. No effort to cure the delivery issues. Consistently late and Peets does not honor Its commitment to subscription deliveries.”
