"We bought whole bean coffee from the grocery store today. Noticed that the number of ounces changed from 12 oz. to 10.5 oz. although the price has not. Customers need to be observant of this. These are tactics used by companies during times when inflation increases to maintain their profit margins. Most consumers never realize that this happens."

"Had their sees chocolate covered coffee beans , ordered them on their website, they were delivered late as they were a gift, then I canceled my order , they were still delivered , when I opened the package all the beans were melted together like they were exposed to extreme heat at one point, but customer service was awesome and took care of my issues. May take my chance again in the future their products are delicious."
