Logan Airport terminal B has a Peet’s coffee. When ordering a cranberry muffin I asked specifically if it can be toasted with butter. The server said ‘yes’ but 5 minutes later it was handed to me UNtoasted and no butter. She had not conveyed that message to her helper. He then took it and a further 5 minutes later gave it back to me after it was warmed. I explained to her there is a big difference between warmed and toasted and she argued with me that there was not. Very unprofessional and untrained. Don’t tell me you can toast a muffin if you cannot and treat me as if I am an idiot!

I have been drinking your French Roast for years! Before that the Big Bang. Publix didn’t have your French Roast yesterday so I bought your Major Dickason’s since I have grown to like the dark roasts. It is disgusting! Worse coffee I have ever tasted! I am a senior citizen so I cannot just go out & replace it. I am so disappointed. I only took a few sips & I can still taste it. Horrible. What a disappointment.

I found Peet’s decaf coffee last year when I was looking for a decaf that doesn’t use chemicals to remove caffeine and I loved it. Since then I have purchased 4 boxes of 10 cup pods, 3 boxes of 22 cup pods and 10 boxes of 75 pods. When I got down to the last three boxes of 75 I noticed a horrible bitterness that made the coffee undrinkable. I tested one from each of the remaining two boxes and they were the same. I even went and purchased another small box. It was the same. Bitter and lousy. I don’t know what changed but it’s aweful now.

Peet's Coffee subscription delivery service is unacceptable!! Every order has a different timeline; this time 18 days from order to product receipt, last time was 6 days, and the time before 13 days. How is someone supposed to plan their fresh bean supply with a sporadic schedule like that? I cancelled my Peet's Subscription!!!

For years I'd go to Peet's for a cup of coffee. The coffee was too strong for me so I requested 2/3 coffee, 1/3 water. I 'd add my milk and it was perfect. As of late the brewed coffee is weak beyond measure. It has no coffee flavor whatsoever. Quality has decreased while prices have increased.

Why did you remove the soy milk? It’s SUCH a staple in so many people’s lives and you lost so many customers because of this.

Gone downhill. Had a subscription for a few years. Every 2 weeks. It was great but Lately it’s hit and miss. They don’t have the bean they promised, they Charge me but don’t deliver, don’t respond to customer service emails. Something has changed at Peets. Not as good and reliable as they used to be. I’ll probably cancel my subscription and go local.

I have bought two packs of 5 gift cards at costco. The online system for using them was basicly impossible to use. It started deducting balances without applying it to my order. Unless you have an extra hour or two I would not try to use Peet's online ordering system.

I have been ordering Peets for years yet the delivery is extremely long to receive the coffee. Not only that but their Mocha Java tasted terrible and not at all the fresh tasting in the past. Shipping must change or I simply won’t order ever again. It’s ridiculous and not the 2-6 window!

Peet’s Customer Service When something goes wrong they are not helpful at all. It was a special offer 25% off for coffee that I usually buy. Something was wrong with the website. My 3 orders were cancelled. I called to Customer Service. They said that they would figure out and they would provide the same discount what it was offered on my order. I received an email just now with the information that they couldn’t process my orders and they can’t provide the discount what was on their website. I am not going to buy anything with Peet’s related anymore.

I ordered Caramel Frappe at SAN Airport terminal 2 by gate 26, I can’t believe that I paid more than $7 for a frappe that taste like milk blended with Ice with a slight taste of coffee. It didn’t help that the person that helped me keeps roling her eyes after I asked if I can get a caramel Machiatto. What a total waste of $7. Im sure you can do better. I used to love your coffee

Sneaky Peet ! We have been a Peets Coffee customer for many years. We like the taste. However, not only have they been increasing the price, we recently learned that Peets is putting less coffee in the bag. We know this because my wife always puts the coffee in a clear plastic container to keep in fresh, and there is a vislibly smaller amount going into the container. Shrinkflation is setting in with Peets!

I've been a Peets subscriber for over a decade. The coffee was good, the delivery was fast (2-3 days), the customer service was excellent. Since Benckiser acquired the company, it has been a straight downhill run. The coffee is still good, but delivery of orders takes at least 10 days (CA to OR), and the customer service, now coming from Pakistan or India, is atrocious. I have cancelled my subscription.

Tragic!!! Agree with others here that report that Peets cannot deliver on their subscription Peetniks orders. Why pay for fresh roast if it gets delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks to NEVER? New owners have sadly destroyed this company and its customer service. I was a loyal subscriber for 15 years but eventually couldn't rely on anything from them. Thought maybe it got better but I cancelled in July 2023 -- again.

I drank this coffee while I can tolerate pretty much any coffee this coffee gave me horrible anxiety all day feel like I’m over dosing on caffeine…feel sick headache nauseous something is wrong with this coffee. Sticking to Dunkin.
