I was just informed that Peet's will no longer carry soy milk. Why? I do not like and will not drink the other alternatives. They will lose me (and others) as a daily customer.

Peets subscription service is so slow. It took three days from the subscription date for my bank to receive and process my order. Then it looks like the bag of coffee won't be delivered to my door for a total of 8 days. May look elsewhere for a more reliable subscription service. I shouldn't be concerned, it should be here on time, which is the point of a subscription.

Website is a rip off. Made the mistake of looking at an item, it was charged to my CC even without the 'in cart' step, let alone 'review order' or 'purchase' steps. Not cancellable, guess what, you bought it. HATE it when companies play this game.

Calling is useless - put on hold forever. Peets is overcharging me and charging me multiple times on the same day on my bank account. I can't eventual to them about it and their chat is bogus. You don't get a human.

I have been a customer of Peet's since 1978 and have always enjoyed their coffee in store and purchasing beans for home use. I used Peet's subscription for quite awhile now and it has been a challenging and ultimately worthless service. Increasing or decreasing your subscription order through the website is an experience of poor web design. I know a ten year old who could produce a better online experience. As of yesterday, I have canceled my subscription due to a major melt down with their website and basically poor customer service. Such a shame.

Very good coffee, terrible customer service. I started drinking Peets in the 1970s in S.F., and on-and-off ever since. Recently I bought two one-pound orders online. They sent me FOUR pounds, two of which were types I would never use. I went on their "help" line, waited 1 1/2 hours and finally gave up. The whole time they "serenaded" me with assurances that I was the next in line, that the "agent" would be with me momentarily, etc. I have no intention of paying for coffee that I didn't order, and Peets may have lost a long term customer. P.S. Pay with PayPal so that they can't charge you for stuff you didn't order.

I've been a loyal customer for years but have just gotten tiered of the bad service and the continued problems with the app. The staff refuses to honor the rewards claiming the app is down. It seems to come back whenever the rewards expire.

I have subscribed peets, but they have skipped too many. More importantly, they withdrew from my account without delivery. I asked to refund it, but they have not made refunds for three months. Bad company 😞

I was buying them since 4 years through… I was buying them since 4 years through their website. They just come up with minimum quantity buy. I love their K cups. Now they are offering 3 minimum quantity buy for each different type of coffee. So I buy varieties of 4. Now they make me have to order 3x4=12. Very disappointed. Bad. Just charge me shipping. You know why you making me have to buy 3 each minimum each varieties. Dont buy from them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a problem with the Peet's app. After an update that was required I attempted to place an order and it failed (app said my order didn't succeed) and the app returned to the "place your order" window. Due to lack of time I didn't stop. I was later notified (via email) my order had gone through. I contacted Peets and never got a response other than the "we received your email". It has been a week since the original interaction and several days since I sent the email. I also needed to increase the amount on my Peet's card and that order also said it failed so I tried to place it again (which also failed) but neither actually failed and now I have been charged twice and have way more on my card than I can use in a reasonable time frame. I don't think I should have to pay for a latte I didn't get because the app incorrectly said the order didn't go through.

I am disgusted with the prices at the Seattle airport. Once you are past security you are limited and the prices for a sandwich and iced coffee where $18. Soggy bread and overpriced. Do not bother

Second time the App doesn’t work for me It was a nightmare trying to get help and refund. Now happening again it doesn’t let me finish my order. I reloaded $30 and can’t use the App again

I was in silver spring store on 06/08/21,after I got my coffee, I decided sit inside for a while to enjoy my coffee, in about 3 minutes, the guy came over, and told me as they are closing in few minutes to collect ur stuff and leave the premises in disrespectful manner. I couldn't believe what he said. I have never experienced. I am not sure how the management handle such bad apple employee.

I have been a Peet's customer for more than 7 years. I did another order online last week and never receive my package. I wait for a whole week then email to ask. It was 1am and I got one auto response first then received another just 2 minutes later that my order was fulfilled. It was a gift. I called the next day to check whether it can be arrived on time and they told me no. They do not rush my order to make the time as it originally should be. They just refunded me and don't care about customers. H

I tried a subscription online. My card was expired, so I put a new one online. That was July 6, 2020. I still don't have any coffee. I have emailed and get no reply. I will find a new source for coffee. Too difficult to deal with them.

UNFORTUNATELY, I had an issue with the store directly giving me old coffee. I was told that I could possibly be refunded for the coffee online so that I would not have to drive all the way back to the store for a refund. However when I called Customer Service , I was immediately brushed off and treated horribly. You know the sadist thing is that I'm a huge Starbuck's fan and a good friend of mine told me to try out Peet's. I left another vendor that I really enjoyed to try your coffee. YOU GUYS really put a bad taste in my mouth and that's not good for a stellar coffee company. Please find a way to refund me for my inconvenience and if you don't want new customers, I understand!

Peet's definition of a subscription and my definition are not the same. Because I am wrong I own 3 pounds of Kenya Auction Lot instead of 3 pounds of Kalosi. Peet's is a very arrogant company. Policies are changed without any communication with patrons, grinding criteria changed, sweetener brands were changed by elimination of all but one. Order Kalosi and be corrected by the clerk to use the new full name, Sulawesi-Kalosi. I will replace Peet's with another provider of Kalosi coffee.
