I have been a customer of Peet's since 1978 and have always enjoyed their coffee in store and purchasing beans for home use. I used Peet's subscription for quite awhile now and it has been a challenging and ultimately worthless service. Increasing or decreasing your subscription order through the website is an experience of poor web design. I know a ten year old who could produce a better online experience. As of yesterday, I have canceled my subscription due to a major melt down with their website and basically poor customer service. Such a shame.
