Peet's definition of a subscription and my definition are not the same. Because I am wrong I own 3 pounds of Kenya Auction Lot instead of 3 pounds of Kalosi.
Peet's is a very arrogant company. Policies are changed without any communication with patrons, grinding criteria changed, sweetener brands were changed by elimination of all but one.
Order Kalosi and be corrected by the clerk to use the new full name, Sulawesi-Kalosi.
I will replace Peet's with another provider of Kalosi coffee.
