terrible management and customer service. last time i went to the theater with my boyfriend, the supervisor (who also treats his employees and customers awfully) and all his employees sat in the back while no one at the counters and waited 30 mins to get someone’s attention just to bowl. used to be a fun place but now I go to big time entertainment to bowl. not worth the gas and money imo.
