“One of the managers is the rudest girl I have ever met. Watching her interact with her other employees and customers(yelling at them!belittling them!) is just sad to watch, I pity anyone who has to work with her. I love this theater but it seems like it needs some new management.”
“terrible management and customer service. last time i went to the theater with my boyfriend, the supervisor (who also treats his employees and customers awfully) and all his employees sat in the back while no one at the counters and waited 30 mins to get someone’s attention just to bowl. used to be a fun place but now I go to big time entertainment to bowl. not worth the gas and money imo.”

“Horrible management especially the GM if you can even call the “man” that! He doesn’t care about the place or the people who work their. So sad really had hope for this place when it first opened. He also lets his employees treat the guests with no respect.

If you ever go to a last showing do NOT go back for a refill on popcorn they will pull it out of the trash if they’ve already cleaned!”

“I went to see Cats last night and the kids in the row with me spent the entire movie talking, running in and out, and on their phones. I will never go back. The tweens were unaccompanied and it was evedent they have not learned respect for others. I guess it was cheap babysitter for Mom and Dad.”
