This was the first time I was placing an order with this company online. I was glad that I could phone the shop to ask for more information about the products and delivery information. They were really helpful. It was really great that I could choose which nib to have on a Lamy Nexx M pen as I wanted a fine not the normal medium one supplied in the plastic wrapped ones. The sale prices were the best I found at the time. The order arrived quickly & well packaged. I particularly love the Special Edition Gold Leuchtturm1917 notebook . I'll definitely be ordering from them again and if I can get to Cardiff then I will pay the shop a visit.
