The notebook colour I ordered was out of stock, I received an e-mail promptly to notify me and was given the option of choosing another colour or cancelling. Once I chose the new colour, my order was despatched quickly and really appreciated the Lamy pen pouch. Thank you for great service and good prices during your sale/promotion.
