Well packaged and very speedy delivery. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the incorrect pen - Lamy Accent 4 pen instead of the Lamy Accent Palladium 3+1 pen. I spoke to Amber and she was extremely helpful and professional, getting the correct pen sent out to me the same day as it was for a gift. I could not ask for better customer service.
