Excellent service, quick and efficient delivery. I had a question that was answered promptly and was useful information. The pen itself, Lamy Safari in petrol blue, is excellent. I read some reviews of the pen which rated it highly for the beginner and pen connoisseur, I was not disappointed, it is an excellent pen,light, well balanced, comfortable grip. The nib is a tad scratchy in use but that is quite reassuring as you g e t used to the pen. The limited edition colour is nice and the matching ink the pen comes with is very good. The pen is very usable on a daily basis and has replaced my usual hi to pen for all uses from shopping lists to longer missives.
