Excellent service, my original order was incorrect (my mistake) and Pen and Paper couldn’t have been more helpful allowing me to return the incorrect pen and re-order the correct one, which arrived the very next day, Superb service I’ll endevour to use more shops like this in the future - It’s not all about the big online stores!!!
