I had questions as one item I received was faulty. They did not query it or try to fob me off, they simply asked me to return the product and sent me a new one, and said keep the case that the faulty one came in. The pens and inks were superb and the problematic sketching pen was replaced without issues. Very impressed with the customer service I received when I phoned them. They are a lriffesionsk and honest company to deal with. I highly recommend them.
