I was deliberating over the Conklin All American fountain pen because of some issues that online reviewers had mentioned and also couldn't decide on colour.
Melissa checked my queries with the supplier and reassured me that earlier QC problems with the brand had been resolved.
I ordered at a great price and my fabulous pen arrived within 2 days. Great company to deal with and when I eventually get to Cardiff again I'll definitely take a trip down the arcades to find the shop.
