Whether it’s over the phone, or in person my purchase experiences are always very helpful and often fun when sharing pen knowledge. Items are always well packaged and arrive in a timely fashion. On the rare occasion there was an issue it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The people at Pen and Paper are a delight to do business with and we never miss them when we visit the beautiful little arcade in Cardiff. Highly recommended.
