Great Service - Lamy 2000 - Very good and friendly service delivered by Sarah and Amber. The original pen delivered had a useless nib that wouldn’t start which was a Lamy manufacturing issue ( nib tyne gap was enormous). P&P were very very apologetic and quickly replaced the duff pen quickly without any hassle (even arranged special delivery direct from Lamy. Replacement writes beautifully and uphold the pens deserved reputation. P&P even sent me a free bottle of Hebrin ink as compensation for my inconvenience. Pen & Paper highly recommended.
