I have dealt with pen & paper for many years and recently purchased the new Lamy studio LX all black ballpoint from them. As always the service was first class especially from Amber, keeping me informed of the date of arrival in to store and then dispatch. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company and I look forward to purchasing the new Lamy products from them in September.
