The pens were exactly what I was looking for, the wrapping in a smart box was well presented as was the sheet of instructions and information. The whole was well packed in a padded envelope and arrived in good order.
The delivery was sooner than stated on the advertisement and the pens seem to write well, so all in all a very pleasant shopping experience, thank you , I shall try to use your company for my future needs.
