I have been to the store in Cardiff many times in recent years. I have always found the range of products, quality of products and standard of customer service to be first class.
For my recent purchase I would normally have done this at the store, but because this is not possible at present, I bought online. The quality of service was again very good and my pen arrived within approximately a week after being ordered.
