I needed some Waterman's ink cartridges of a specific colour. I have been writing with the same colour for some 40 years. Unfortunately, Waterman's have changed the names of their colour range. Amber was extremely helpful in finding the correct ink and letting me know all the details. I will certainly deal with Pen and Paper in future.
