Having a meeting via Microsoft Teams with Mark Jessop was helpful and he was very professional. I do feel the meeting was a little rushed, although there was a lot to go over so Mark did his best in getting through everything in the given time. I look forward to receiving the updated documents with suggested changes and support in implementing them.
