Samera Khan completed our introduction meeting via Teams and was very informative, explaining the services and service levels provided by Peninsula, which was great. There is a lot to take in though on the first contact and obviously the agents have to cover everything but I did have to ask once or twice for some things to be repeated as it all moved along quite quickly, but Samera was happy to go over these again for me. Thank you for your patience. Looking forward to working with the teams for both HR & H&S services going forward.
