I recently logged a few issues on the peninsula portal. I was quickly called back by Danielle Sullivan. From the get go, Danielle was friendly and easy to talk to and yet always kept a professional approach. I felt I wouldn't be judged by asking a "silly" question. She answered all my queries, advising on the best route to follow. She reassured me, so I now feel confident dealing with the situation.
